   Abstract: In the article the algorithm for revealing the polluted with fine aerosol atmospheric zones over the sea and coastal regions has been suggested. Algorithm is based on well-know regularity of inverse type variation of Angstrom exponent and optical density of aerosol, and formulated and solved optimization task. The operation capability of the algorithm is tested on the basis of know aerosol index maps, verified algorithm performance.
