About the Journal

Journal of “Geotechnological Problems of Oil, Gas and Chemistry” is a peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes original research, and by invitation survey articles, on the geotechnological, chemical, technical and economic problems of the oil, gas and chemical industries. All articles are published in English and are made freely available on publication.
The journal is edited at the Scientific-Research Institute “Geotechnological Problems of Oil, Gas and Chemistry” (SRI GPOGC) in Baku, which has conducted research in this field since 1992, and is published on the Open Journal Systems platform of the Azerbaijan State Oil and Industry University (ASOIU). The editorial board works independently of the publisher and of the founding institute in all matters of scientific assessment: acceptance is decided solely on the scientific merit of a manuscript as established by peer review.
